Sero-surveillance provides estimates of antibody levels against infectious diseases and is considered the gold standard for measuring population immunity due to past infection or vaccination. This research estimates the seroprevalence of SARS CoV-2 (causing COVID-19) in slum and non-slum areas of Mumbai in July 2020. These results are instrumental in understanding the dynamics of transmission in the city and informing the design of appropriate public health policies.
