Rithika Kumar is a Former Associate at IDFC Institute. She is currently pursuing a PhD from the Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
Her interests lie in the area of urban politics, electoral behaviour and criminal justice systems. While at IDFC Institute, she worked closely on the NITI Aayog-IDFC Institute Enterpirse Survey. She was also part of the first iteration of IDFC Institute's flagship SATARC survey. Prior to this, she worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte India's Mumbai office.
Rithika holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
