Alex Fager

Alex Fager was an Analyst and Princeton in Asia Fellow at IDFC Institute. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in June 2019. 

Over the course of his undergraduate career, Alex interned at the Office of Representative Jeff Miller, U.S. Congress, an English school for adults in Myanmar, the Centre for Internet & Society in Bangalore, and Gartner’s Research Board for global CIOs. During these experiences, Alex worked at the intersection of policy, emerging technologies, and international affairs. While at Princeton, Alex competed in Model UN competitions across the country, winning awards during conferences at Yale, NYU, and Harvard. Alex presented Woodrow Wilson School policy task force research at the US Mission to the UN on conflict resolution, including his own research on peace accords in Northeast India. In his final year, Alex completed his undergraduate thesis comparing the policies of subnational governments towards high-tech entrepreneurship and innovation facilitation.
