Rohan Shridhar is an Associate at the IDFC institute. Prior to joining IDFC, Rohan worked as a Legislative Assistant to Mr. Shanta Kumar, Member of Parliament. During this tenure he assisted Mr. Kumar’s office with legal research for the committee formed to make recommendations on restructuring the Food Corporation of India and the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Undertakings. He also regularly prepared parliamentary questions, speeches and press notes on behalf of the parliamentarian.
Rohan holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University School of Law and Legal Studies New Delhi, and a Masters of Law in International Business and Economic Law from the Georgetown University Law Centre, Washington DC. While pursuing his masters he also interned at a trade policy think tank in DC, researching on trade, investment and anti – graft laws in emerging markets.
